Details:

CESEC onboards new clients twice a year, in August and January. We always accept new applications.

Who we are:

CESEC provides legal support to nonprofit organizations, cooperatives, community-based businesses in underserved neighborhoods for free. Student attorneys under the supervision of licensed clinical faculty, deliver transactional legal representation to persons with limited financial resources.

How we can help:

We provide transactional legal support including: choice of entity and entity structuring, drafting governance documents such as bylaws or a cooperative agreement, counseling clients on employment regulations, contract drafting, and more.
