Who we are:

NASCO provides development technical assistance, management support, educational materials, and advocacy for group-equity and limited-equity co-ops and community land trusts.

How we can help:

We aid co-ops with property purchase, feasibility studies, incorporation, finance planning, capital discovery, grants compliance, building expansion/redevelopment, tax exemption. Major projects with loans have success-based fees; pay only if your project develops.
