EDC is a design builder of Accessory Dwelling Units, or ADUs, in the Chicagoland area. As a multi-stakeholder worker cooperative, EDC believes that we need to transform the extractive relationship between people, labor, and capital. We are democratically owned and governed by worker-owners.
