CCWR accepts primarily low-income Latinx workers in the city of Chicago, predominantly the West Side and Southwest Side.

CCWR helps workers file cases against unlawful work practices. We provide outreach to low-income Latinx communities surrounding issues that persistently affect the community, including Immigrant and Workers rights, as well as access to legal help for them when needed. CCWR supports the development of new worker-led cooperatives, conducts workshops about the principles and structure of worker cooperatives. The organization helps workers to register the co-op with the IL Secretary of State and find resources necessary for their success.
