TA Providers: General Questions

CWB Goals

Please provide a brief update on your progress toward your proposed CWB goals in the last reporting period:

Q3 Canvassing: 64/60 Q3 Direct Coaching 4/25 Q3 Agency Lead Charlas: 1/2 Q3 Collaborative Charlas: 1/2 Q3 Materials Created: 1/1 Our active participation in the Democracy at Work Cooperative Developer Cohort and engagement within the CWB ecosystem has allowed for us to reach half of our collaboration goals for this quarter. Our ongoing involvement in community and business development gatherings pushed us to exceed our goal of 60 individuals canvassed for this quarter.

What constraints or limitations, if any, did you experience in the last reporting period?

There has been limited engagement in our 1:1 coaching sessions. Despite our increase outreach opportunities and canvassing numbers, the number of participants fell short of expectations.

What opportunities, if any, did you take advantage of in the last reporting period?

We attended the Kelvyn Park Back to School Resource Fair, where we connected with families to share information about our programs and services. This event allowed us to engage directly with the community and identify potential engagement. Additionally, we attended the Chicago BACP Expo, which provided us with networking opportunities, engaged with local business leaders, and shared further information on worker cooperatives with community members.
