Throughout the last reporting period, we held another COLT Federation meeting, as well as an additional COLT Federation workshop on Affordable Housing. We participated in strategy conversations regarding additional support and capacity building for the ecoystem, attended DAWI's Worker Cooperative gathering, and sponsored additional capacity building opportunities for our COLT Federation members by providing conference tuition for the Midwest CLT conference in October and furthering coaching and strategic planning for each of our members.
