Project Equity has provided one-on-one EO technical assistance to 6 businesses in Chicago, three of which have now completed a formal employee ownership feasibility assessment process. One of these businesses has begun their transition to employee ownership. EO consultations usually involve 1-3 one hour phone calls with a business. EO feasibility assessments are usually a 2-4 month technical assistance engagement per business. Transitions can take 9-12 months to complete.
