We have moved into permit documents with our architect. We need to secure additional funding to hire a pre-construction consultant to support us in putting together an invitation to bid for contractors. We also need to secure a parking variance and will need to hire an attorney.

We are still seeking access to capital with a focus on private capital to start phase I of our construction. We have upcoming meetings with Kataly Foundation and Good Chaos with the hope of raising 1M.
