Please provide a brief update on your progress toward your proposed CWB goals in the last reporting period:

We have been working to prepare for our Affordable Housing Co-op Incubator to start in mid November. We also had two Chicago co-op leaders participate in our Training for Trainers(T4T) in New York City at the end of October and continuing in early November.

What opportunities, if any, did you take advantage of in the last reporting period?

The Resurrection Project is looking to provide share loans to affordable co-ops and we are starting to work with them on solutions.
