- I worked in close collaboration with We The People CIV to help them build out their financing model and consider individual property transactions - I had productive meetings with three other CIVs to start developing a framework to work together - I started talking to community land trusts, and joined my first meeting of the CLT practice group
What constraints or limitations, if any, did you experience in the last reporting period?
- Reluctance of CIVs and CLTs to engage with discussions of financial modeling and structure because they feel they're not ready - Lack of bandwidth at CLTs and CIVs to engage due to thin staffing
What opportunities, if any, did you take advantage of in the last reporting period?
I had the opportunity to visit Chicago and meet many clients face-to-face, which was very productive
