Over the last month, we have held an additional COLT Federation meeting and initiated member interviews to create COLT Federation collateral for both members and the Federation. We have also reviewed an additional work plan and budget from a new COLT Federation member and CWEB grantee.
What constraints or limitations, if any, did you experience in the last reporting period?
We have not encountered constraints or limitations in the last reporting period.
What opportunities, if any, did you take advantage of in the last reporting period?
During the last reporting period, we have participated in multiple planning meeting with UIC and attended ecosystem convenings amongst other strands. We have also generated a historical overview on our COLT Federation activities.

We expanded our network to include SVAC, led by Rosanne Rivera, who is now a regularly occurring member. We also deepened our relationship with WinTrust and Grounded Solutions, capital and T.A. providers in the land trust space.
