Please provide a brief update on your progress toward your proposed CWB goals in the last reporting period:
COLT members have met with Rise Strategy to develop social media messaging and posting guidelines, as well as a customized one-page collateral overview of their work and organization for their stakeholders. We have continued to meet and feature additional land trust resources on the shared dropbox site as well as during our meeting. We also provided an overview on coop financing for another CWEB strand (residential coops).
What constraints or limitations, if any, did you experience in the last reporting period?
We saw our COLT members feel constrained in navigating their approval process for approval of their phase 2 grants and operating with a level of uncertainty.
What opportunities, if any, did you take advantage of in the last reporting period?
We continue to meet with other phase 1 grantees regarding refining ecosystem supports for grantees across the cweb strands.

We deepened relationships with SVAC to support their consideration of creating a land trust, and we have begun working with Blacks in Green on their Sustainable Square Mile community land trust. Additionally, we continued engaging with Grounded Solutions on the scoping of strategic land use and development planning for COLT members
