CWB Goals

Please provide a brief update on your progress toward your proposed CWB goals in the last reporting period:

- Presented on our work at the Cooperative Professional Guild's national conference (in Chicago) - Hosted two in-person sessions in collaboration with grantee UHAB for their Cooperative Housing Incubator - Co-facilitated 4 working group meetings, totaling 112 participants - Deepened local ecosystem ties through working groups. In particular, we established a working framework for the "Limited Equity Housing Cooperative" pillar, and continued to build internal systems of support and tool aggregates. - Continued roll out, updates, and revisions to our ccwbe.org platform - Held half-day team retreat - Begun new profile documentary on grantee Artists Design the Future

What constraints or limitations, if any, did you experience in the last reporting period?

- The limits of reporting being applicable to our work. - Field concerns from the ecosystem about the future of the Phase III grant roll-out and eligibility criteria. - The burdensome changes of reporting requirements.
