The CCT grant is spent and our 4th homeowner moved in last month. There is a shortage of housing inventory in our area that is posing a challenge in acquiring properties but we've still been able to acquire 4 homes.

None besides not having funding to pay staff

What opportunities, if any, did the organization take advantage of related to its Pre-Development Project?

We are exploring developing another donated property that may otherwise be sold market rate and further contribute to the gentrification that is displacing residents.
