Please provide a brief update on your progress toward your proposed CWB goals in the last reporting period:
Las Visionarias Co-op: - We held our last meeting with student lawyer Edgar Lucero Castillo with Community Enterprise & Solidarity Clinic. We approved the final version of the bylaws and also created an application for new members. -Edgar also helped the Visionarias do the reporting on the FINCEN website to comply with The Corporate Transparency Act. -Visionarias has a new member, Maria who has completed phase 1 of the workshops and has been taking part in the training and weekly meetings with Visionarias. -We are working on scheduling various trainings, OSHA, SERV safe, kitchen manager license for the Visionarias co-op. -We are also working on setting up a coop finance training for them which they have been asking for.
What constraints or limitations, if any, did you experience in the last reporting period?
MADEN Cleaning Co-op: We have had training on How to have effective meetings. We had an evaluation of all the training and conducted an exam to measure the effectiveness of materials and knowledge gained. They did very well. We continue to work on their business plan and start up budget.
What opportunities, if any, did you take advantage of in the last reporting period?
Workshops : We conducted a final exam of the cooperative phase 1 workshops. They have a good grasp of cooperative principles. We have met to set and plan the next phase of the Cooperative Workshop Series with the graduates. We have ordered some equipment and supplies for our new cooperative training room.

I met with Camille Kerr and talked about the work we do and expressed interest in further collaboration. We will meet again to discuss on what level and how we want to collaborate.
