We had an additional collaboration, bringing our current count to 3/5 of our collaboration goal for the calendar year. Additionally we had canvassed 10 more individuals and provided direct coaching to 4 more unique individuals on the worker cooperative model.
What constraints or limitations, if any, did you experience in the last reporting period?
We've experienced a recent slowdown in direct coaching, but are hopeful with upcoming outreach iniatives we can increase that number.
What opportunities, if any, did you take advantage of in the last reporting period?
We had collaborated with another community partner in a community area we have not previously had a lot of presence in and interest seemed to be high in the area.

We have provided technical assistance conversations to at least 4 unique aspiring and current business owners that are exploring the possibility of creating worker cooperatives or transitioning to a worker owned business; these conversations are introductory in nature with additional tools and practices to determine feasability applied at a later session.

Continuing 1:1 coaching sessions with business owners on the viability of worker cooperative model. One business in particular (The Romel Collection LLC) has utilized tools and resources to get a better understanding of the worker cooperative model. Tools such as the Worker Cooperative Business Model Canvass and Educational resources from Democracy at Work Institute and Community Wealth Building. Business Owner has also scouted potential partners to create a pathway to worker-ownership.
