We have been working with Sergio Chapa from Engberg Andersen and Associates. He presented some properties but we were not interested.
What constraints or limitations with internal capacity is the organizarion experiencing related to its Pre-Development Project?
To date we have been working on clearing indebtedness to the city.
What opportunities, if any, did the organization take advantage of related to its Pre-Development Project?
We helped some of the cooperative members clear debt that did not belong to them and helped others though the payment processing.
