In March 2024, TREND CDC and TREND advanced the inclusive ownership of Roseland project by: • Launching the Roseland Medical Center community investment opportunity (see: https://www.smallchange.co/projects/Roseland-Center) • Executing the PR and media strategy to get stories about the project and investment opportunity featured in the Chicago Sun Times, Crain’s Chicago Business, WBEZ Chicago, Block Club Chicago, CBS Chicago, and BisNow (see upload section) and video: https://www.cbsnews.com/chicago/news/community-owned-shopping-mall-roseland-chicago-trend-lyneir-richardson/ • Sharing the investment opportunity via LinkedIn, Facebook, and email • Connecting directly with community leaders and groups on the Far South Side • Hosting two info sessions via Zoom (March 23 and March 27) • Answering community member questions
