We only received that ARPA grant funding two weeks ago and are now looking at houses. We were able to spend part of the CCT grant.

We just received the funding to acquire properties and hope to put a home under contract this week. We've had three other offers outbid. Each of those offers was above asking price and cash and we still weren't able to secure a contract.
