Aria Group did not have capacity at this time so we will be using Engberg Anderson and Associates for Architectural and design services. We had a walkthrough with Michelle Peterson on Saturday 3/23/24 to understand the dimensions needed for the buildout whether a vacant lot is purchased or a warehouse facility. The Working World confirmed a budget of $7M-$9M. The architect is seeking a broker for us and we also reached out to a realtor who has found some spaces for us to view.
