I advised We The People CIV on financial strategy for property acquisitions. I helped The K in West Garfield Park to revise their pro forma and incorporate their financial plan into their presentation materials for prospective funders. I advised Cooperation Racine on building a pro forma for their planned property development.
What constraints or limitations, if any, did you experience in the last reporting period?
Now as ever, my clients lack resources--both money and time to devote to these projects (as many leaders are doing this work unpaid in addition to their day jobs).

No new opportunities--these were all existing clients.
