The availability of the consultant hired for developing the feasibility study due to health and other personal challenges. While the work with potential members through the leadership circle is going very well, we are working through putting things on paper with the operating model and feasibility study.

A significant milestone has been discussion around vision and values for the cooperative in the month of March. We are preparing for our first in person meeting with the leadership circle in April and a broader event for the co-op community in Chicago.

We made progress with our communications consultant TSC on a website design where Co-op is going to be an important part and are working through the details of messaging and content for recruiting members after the website launch

What constraints or limitations with internal capacity is the organizarion experiencing related to its Pre-Development Project?
BSC is going through a significant growth period which makes the transition to co-op urgent yet due to growing pains we feel we are not able to move fast enough
What opportunities, if any, did the organization take advantage of related to its Pre-Development Project?
