Barriers: contruction timeline modified due to delay in securing an anchor tenant. This delayed meeting architectural rendering deadlines, for the phasses of the completion. Opportunities included the execution of the 2nd wealth building ednesday focused on EDP practioners

Barriers: Financial model may need to be modified based on increases to development budget; which are contingent upon funding that may increased assumed labor costs; financial modelrer is on standby to update the model based on new inputs. Additionally we may not have to pay an attorney for the legal support so we would like to consider reallocatioin of those line items.
