In May 2024, TREND CDC and TREND continued to advance the inclusive ownership of Roseland Medical Center by: • Sharing the investment opportunity via LinkedIn, Facebook, and email • Connecting directly with community leaders and groups on the Far South Side • Hosting three info sessions via Zoom (May 1, 4, and 7) • Answering community member questions • Raising $134,500 from 52 community investors • Closing the crowdfunding offering after 60 days (May 10) • Continuing to advance the closing of the deal with DL3 Realty (expected to close by end of June 2024)
