What constraints or limitations with internal capacity is the organizarion experiencing related to its Pre-Development Project?
The final design of the CIV of course is still in progress, this work needs to occur before the community engagement strategies can begin.
What opportunities, if any, did the organization take advantage of related to its Pre-Development Project?
We have pushed the formal governance and any additional membership back until after we acquire a project manager. Receiving funding will allow us to begin to conduct hiring of consultants for additional support for research and data gathering for the team. Formalize the governance of the Steering Committee Recruit additional community members Educate and on-ramp the Steering Committee Finalize mission statement and goals

As reported in our last month report we have made significant progress in mapping out our projects and finalizing our CIV mission and phases of work. In the next few months this will be finalized and then we will begin with hiring of a project manager.
