In the last reporting period, we aimed to enhance community engagement and increase our service offerings as outlined in our Cooperative Work Business (CWB) proposal. We have successfully expanded our educational workshops, with a 5% increase in participation, demonstrating significant progress towards our goal of community empowerment. Additionally, we continue to develop two new cooperative services, which is attracting interest from over local residents. Moving forward, we plan to refine our workshop formats based on participant feedback and expand our marketing efforts to reach a broader audience.
What constraints or limitations, if any, did you experience in the last reporting period?
One significant challenge was our reliance on internet-based delivery for our cooperative business classes due to ongoing public health guidelines. While effective, this format has limited participant engagement and hands-on learning opportunities, which are more impactful in-person.
