During May, there was additional recruitment of another prospective land trust in Austin; there was also continued conversation with Grounded Solutions and another consultant to further engage the COLT Federation members.
What constraints or limitations, if any, did you experience in the last reporting period?
One of our key consultants is undergoing a management and leadership transition, so training initially scheduled for May that we are bringing to our COLT Federation members is being postponed until June.
What opportunities, if any, did you take advantage of in the last reporting period?
We built new relationships with new leadership at Grounded Solutions as well as initiated a discussion with a nascent CLT forming in Austin.
