New Co-op 1: July was a big month for the new cooperative! We chose our first product. The 6 founding members passed the following resolution with enthusiastic consent: “Our first product will be 10Grahams, which is a series of graham cracker and/or uncrustable sandwiches with a variety of sweet and savory fillings. It will be health conscious in terms of how many “grahams” of nutrients they provide. It will be kid-centered but loved by adults.” We also engaged in a naming exercise. The new cooperative will combine the number 6 and the word success (e.g. 6-cess). ChiFresh Kitchen: In July, ChiFresh onboarded its first ever new members! Two new members signed their membership agreements. ChiFresh now has a total of 6 worker-owners, and more are in the pipeline. We began member training with the new members as well.
