We are continuing to advance the concepts built in the feasibility report submitted to the City by interviewing more participants - both service providers and construction firms.

The co-op got accepted into the UIC Law Clinic and has completed the orientation for the student lawyer. The paperwork on the engagement have been completed by 4 of 9 members of the Leadership circle. These 4 members are part of the Governance circle which will be the primary point of contact for the law Clinic

The marketing agency has been working on the overview video for the co-operative and we went through several rounds of edits and feedback for the agency. The final video is not complete yet but we are excited about launching it on our website.

The governance/legal capacity for our co-op has increased significantly over the last two months due to two factors, first the creation of a 'Governance' circle which has been advancing the work diligently through the creation of our vision, mission and values. Secondly the acceptance into the Community Law Clinic for our co-op has been very helpful in creating the much needed legal capacity at this stage of our co-op development.
What constraints or limitations with internal capacity is the organizarion experiencing related to its Pre-Development Project?
With most of the funding from the CWEB grant deployed, waiting for the reimbursements has been painful but also not knowing the next round of funding.
What opportunities, if any, did the organization take advantage of related to its Pre-Development Project?
