Throughout the month of December, we continued to make progress on the acquisition of Roseland Medical Center and the preparation of the inclusive ownership offering. After significant financial analysis, we have confirmed the shopping center aligns with the TREND investment criteria and we are close to executing the purchase and sale agreement (PSA) with the seller. We formally engaged SmallChange.co and are working through the checklist to launch the offering which includes preparing an investor pitch deck, updating materials, conducting a financial audit with a third-party firm, forming the new LLC, obtaining EIN letters, completing required SEC paperwork, executing several legal documents, and more. We expect to launch the inclusive offering to the public by early February.
