GOAL / MILESTONE 2 - Capacity Building and Assembly of Pre-Development Team | To date, we have paid our co-founders $29,450 in stipends. Our Attorney has received $5,276, our marketing strategy consultant has received $1,667, our architect has received $7,615, and our marketing execution contractor has received $9,475. In total, we have spent $53,483 out of the $140,000 budgeted for these roles.

GOAL / MILESTONE 3 - Develop marketing strategy and execution plan for predevelopment community engagement and outreach. | We have made great progress on this goal in the past three months. We contracted with Bombilla Creative in November 2023. Since then, we have met with our consultant 4 times to co-develop a marketing and outreach strategy, complete with independent work assignments. So far, this work has lead to the development of a monthly newsletter, and a working marketing and communications plan.

What constraints or limitations with internal capacity is the organizarion experiencing related to its Pre-Development Project?
We don't currently have the capacity for extensive education and training opportunities for the community we serve.
What opportunities, if any, did the organization take advantage of related to its Pre-Development Project?
So far, the greatest services we have been able to pursue are professional and technical services. These include our work with attorneys for permitting and zoning, securing a second contract with our preferred marketing strategy consultant, and working more closely with our architect.
