We continued our affordable housing co-op incubator, carrying out three additional sessions. The cohort has been around 15 to 20 and has been enthusiastically participating.

What constraints or limitations, if any, did you experience in the last reporting period?

Concerns about lack of share loans for affordable co-ops.

What opportunities, if any, did you take advantage of in the last reporting period?

We continue exploring opportunities to expand affordable housing co-ops in Chicago.
