In February 2024, TREND CDC advanced the inclusive ownership of Roseland project by: • Forming the TREND Roseland Medical Center LLC to serve as the investment vehicle for community members • Engaging an external firm to audit the TREND Roseland Medical Center LLC (required to launch the public offering) • Completing the financial analysis for the project including community investor return analysis • Nearly completing SEC-required paperwork to launch the offering • Completing the community investor video • Creating a Community Engagement and Outreach Standard Operating Procedure document • Creating a PR and media strategy to get the word out about the investment opportunity TREND CDC and TREND advanced the Roseland Medical Center case study by: • Engaging the Brookings Institute to support the development of the case study
