What constraints or limitations, if any, did you experience in the last reporting period?
We experienced a setback with MADEN Cleaning Co-op - the ladies expressed their need for a conflict of resolution training. Two of the members have been ardently disagreeing during their regular assembly meetings, to the point where they are making everybody else uncomfortable. We decided to put together a conflict resolution training and plan in- person team building activities once a month and possibly bring in someone (perhaps from CWEB ecosystem? ) who could reinforce communication skills.
What opportunities, if any, did you take advantage of in the last reporting period?
We had talked to Renee Hatcher about creating a training about the new Corporate Transparency Act for Immigrant Cooperatives and then we saw that UFCW had one scheduled for February 26th so we decided to take advantage of that training instead.
