The selection of the developer is the barrier. However, in the meantime, CGI continues to do focus groups with residents on the store model and concept. (goal #2) Also, Kearney Consulting helped compile close to 150 focus group results related to the store model and concept. While we wait for the developer to be selected. We are working with the U of Chicago Booth School of Business to develop ownership structure (goal#3) negotiations. In addition, we are meeting with Obran Cooperative regarding transitioning to a cooperative model over time.

Staffing is a limitation right now but with CWB support we will be able to hire help to support advocacy and project management
