CWB Goals

Please provide a brief update on your progress toward your proposed CWB goals in the last reporting period:

During this past reporting period, we have issued a needs assessment questionnaire and survey to our cohort in anticipation of intensive capacity building training for the cohort. We facilitated a land-trust panel at the IHC Affordable Housing Conference with more than 100 attendees; we have participated, planned, and co-facilitated the 2nd task force meeting of the IHDA cooperative housing task force, and shared resources with members of the IL State CLT task force.

What constraints or limitations, if any, did you experience in the last reporting period?

We experienced a challenge with obtaining our reimbursement for incurred expenses.

What opportunities, if any, did you take advantage of in the last reporting period?

We participated in the CCWEB affordable cooperative housing working group and pursued the DOH funding for Track 2 of the Shared Equity Investment Program.
