We have come to understand active Englewood development projects from our advisory board member and got some details on their capital stack. Additionally market analysis of business landscape has start initial identifying Daycare as an opportunity area for both business investment and further development opportunity. Also real estate analysis is still underway to understand what are our options for property , existing building and lots along the corridors as well as business composition. Coordination with TWE EQLI effort has begun to understanding local demand for services to align investment portfolio with market opportunity that is being capture elsewhere. This is being done via both a survey of member at EQLI quarterly but asynchronous tool that will be in development o We are not there yet, the strawman model has been stood up but many more variables need to be understood in the mission and goal of the CIV and ensuring that financial workout and are based in reality.
