TA Providers: General Questions

CWB Goals

Please provide a brief update on your progress toward your proposed CWB goals in the last reporting period:

New Worker Co-op (likely to be food manufacturing): In December, we finalized preparation for our first member recruitment meeting (which happened on January 4th). We also continued to design the training program that will follow the recruitment meeting with project's the advisory council, and held a meeting think through options for management capacity for the new co-op. Jumpstart: We got final drafts of the membership agreement and occupancy agreement. We also began drafting the house rules and updated the pro-forma financials. Compost Cooperative: We had an exciting all-day meeting where we reviewed and improved the pro-forma financials and went over UGC's proposed staged governance structure. ChiFresh: We supported ChiFresh to take on a 1,000 meal catering gig on top of its daily clients, and apply to an RFP for 100s of meals.
