Throughout the month of November, TREND and TREND CDC continued to make progress on the acquisition of the Roseland Medical and Retail Center. TREND continues to negotiate the contingencies in the contract with DL3 Realty. TREND CDC continues to engage SmallChange.co and began to prepare the offering description for local residents that will be made available publicly once the deal closes. We met with Far South CDC leadership to discuss the opportunity for them to be a convener and ambassador to help get the word about the opportunity for local residents to invest in the shopping center. We engaged researchers from UC Riverside to begin developing a case study focused on analyzing the survey responses of Baltimore investors to understand small investor motivations and expectations. We also met with a consultant to the Steans Family Foundation and are laying the groundwork for building relationships and identifying acquisition opportunities in North Lawndale.
