The focus for this month was on establishing the working groups within leadership circles to advance the work on the feasibility study, governance and conflict resolution. We did not make much progress on the elements of the feasibility study but achieved a major milestone in establishing the group and cadence to meet.

The leadership circle was made aware of the terms and conditions of the City of Chicago's funding for the Shared Services Cooperative work. The work plan was discussed with them along with the proposal for extension sought from the City for the grant to be extended to Q1 2025. The leadership circle agreed to the extension and appreciated the transparency from the BSC/Builders Avenue team

The marketing agency is working on building a video for the cooperative to help us recruit members as well as for communicating about our work so far on the co-op.

What constraints or limitations with internal capacity is the organizarion experiencing related to its Pre-Development Project?
We are disappointed in the City's calculations of arriving at the limits of reimbursement amounts for staff salaries.
What opportunities, if any, did the organization take advantage of related to its Pre-Development Project?
BSC is being approached to share about our co-op development journey by other co-op developers/enthusiasts from within and outside Chicago
