Please provide a brief update on your progress toward your proposed CWB goals in the last reporting period:
The Resurrection Project is actively focusing our attention to establish share loans, learning from and in collaboration with local financial institutions, bolstering accessibility for individuals in need and those purchasing affordable housing coops. Concurrently, we are revising and enhancing the educational content in preparation for the launch of our comprehensive education program scheduled for next month. Once the share loan framework is refined and secured, we will proceed to engage with potential cooperative housing residents, empowering them with the necessary information and resources to pursue this housing option effectively. We are also working on arranging a UHAB incubator graduation held at our La Casa Learning Center tentatively set for 5/30.
What constraints or limitations, if any, did you experience in the last reporting period?
Partner availability has slowed us down a bit, but that was expected as many of us were away or not available to meet with each other.
What opportunities, if any, did you take advantage of in the last reporting period?
We have connected with our partners to establish the terms of the share loan, investigate potential alignment with our clients' requirements through similar loan offerings from our banking associates. Ray, in collaboration with Jenna Pollack and Mark Smithivas, is actively outlining the next steps following the conclusion of the incubator phase. There is interest in strategizing outreach and forming connections with the team at Creature Garden to offer assistance and direction. Additionally, we held a meeting with Kristen to delineate the project's trajectory post-incubation.
