We received a surprise grant from Ruth Foundation for the Arts that will assist us in acquiring an adjacent vacant lot next to our building, which will support our architectural and design process and move us closer to permit submittal. We also hired a construction manager to lead our invitations to bid, site visits and help put together our contractor pool.

We had a great meeting with Good Chaos and expect to hear back in June on what their investment into our capital campaign could be. We are still looking to raise private/philanthropic capital, now 1.5M for phase I of our work. Our team also purchased new software, Gusto, to better support our operations and payment of consultants/members.
