Who we are:
We are a cooperative that manages and rents 21 relatively affordable one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. Each apartment - its primary resident/s, that is, member/s - gets a vote on our board, which has monthly all-resident meetings. To be approved to rent, one's income must be triple the rent.
