We are always open to providing additional T.A. to existing and newly forming community land trusts and providing for their inclusion in our COLT Federation.
Who we are:
The mission of the Chicago Community Loan Fund is to provide flexible, affordable and responsible financing and technical assistance for community stabilization and development efforts and initiatives that benefit low- to moderate-income neighborhoods, families and individuals throughout Chicago.
How we can help:
We provide capacity building to community land trusts that support their financial and fundraising growth, and increase agency to acquire and redevelop land and parcels in their communities.
