Please provide a brief update on your progress toward your proposed CWB goals in the last reporting period:
This month, we neared the completion of the Early Warning Manual revisions. Multiple Writing & Revisions working sessions were held throughout the month, focusing on resolving edits and comments one chapter at a time. The MR project team will review the full document in mid-September and adjust as needed to prepare the manual to be distributed to our training participants. Training will commence on Wednesday, September 18th online with Saturday, September 21st being our first face-to-face training day. We currently have over 15 applications and are still actively recruiting participants. Time was also taken to begin planning out the content for the eight training sessions which will be spread over five days. We have also continued building out modules on the online learning platform Additionally, we are currently in the process of identifying a Media and Communications person to assist with the graphic design and formatting of the manual, the learning course, and training materials. On August 20th, the Advisory Committee reconvened to discuss further developments and provide feedback on the ongoing project, in particular the development of the training. We have also continued working with a videographer on the development of multimedia for several company case studies. Follow-ups were also done for our budget revision and we were awaiting approval.

We signed up for tabling outreach at the DAWI Matchmaker event. It was a great networking event and an opportunity to connect in-person with other CWB grantees and like-minded colleagues.
