The following schedule are open for Apprentices to work independently/together as a cohort to apply skills between program sessions: M - 8:30-6 T - 8:30-6 W - 8:30-7:30 Th - 8:30-7:30 F - 8:30-6 Sa - 8:30-5 Su - 8:30-5 2023 Cohort: First harvest of the season, utilizing the South Chicago Processing Shed. This included spicy mustard greens harvest, wash, process and packaging to apply best practices for cut-and-come-again greens. UGC’s Director of Farms and Director of Operations are reviewing the 2023 Cohort’s weekly to-do and farm schedule to support additional accountability during the height of the growing season.
