Please provide a brief update on your progress toward your proposed CWB goals in the last reporting period:
In June, The Resurrection Project made significant progress in meeting our goals, achieving four major milestones. We completed a series of cooperative housing educational presentations, trained our financial coaches on cooperative housing and coaching best practices, participated in a housing fair and offered an informational session on cooperative housing, and successfully launched our educational engagement initiative. In addition to our educational roll out, we continued to collaborate and participate with our partners and met for our monthly working group.
What constraints or limitations, if any, did you experience in the last reporting period?
We needed to address extending the budget lines in our working program budget.
What opportunities, if any, did you take advantage of in the last reporting period?
The Resurrection Project joined the Full Circle Homes’ Housing fair at Back of The Yards where we had an opportunity to talk to people interested in purchasing housing. We also checked in regularly with our Co-op partners and provided updates on our loan products and the grant that will be distributed for acquisitions.
