Since last month’s report, we have developed interview questions and developed a scoring matrix for processing participant applications. We also successfully convened members of our Advisory Committee once in June for our monthly whole-group meeting. Our meeting time was split between discussing a draft scoring matrix for processing participant applications and discussing the development of case studies that illustrate examples of early warning and ownership succession to save manufacturing companies. The Advisory Committee members have helped us identify 4-5 possible companies and their stories to turn into case studies that can be used as discussion starters in the training. Our team also met separately to discuss scheduling the training. The training will be a total of 24 hours with a blend of online and in-person sessions, including the third Saturdays in September and October being in-person (location TBD). We are tentatively aiming for: *September 18-24th for Executives Only *October 14-November 16th for Organizational Staff Members With the interest form and application process ready, we will be able to begin recruitment within the next two weeks (i.e., after the 4th of July holiday) once we have reviewed the budget and timeline with Mayowa. Heading into July, we will focus on recruiting participants, developing case studies, and implementing the Early Warning Manual content into the online learning platform.
