Please provide a brief update on your progress toward your proposed CWB goals in the last reporting period:
In May we prepared for the June in-person workshop for the Chicago Worker Cooperative Developer Fellowship. This included shaping the agenda and lining up guest speakers from New Era Windows and the Working World. We also hosted a webinar on Governance and Decision Making best practices; 10 of 12 fellows attended. We continued working with each fellow to refine their cooperative development roadmap which serves as the key work product of this fellowship, equipping them to leave the program with a clear sense of the development model and the resources and partnership needed to achieve their goals. Finally, we also hosted the Legal And Accounting Professional Services webinar for Chicago business service providers, nonprofits, and worker coops. We had 32 registrants and 27 attendees. This third webinar completes our Chicago Worker Cooperative Webinar Series. We next worked on shaping our Matchmaker event for late August where we directly connect interested business service providers with worker coops and developers to meet needs and shape new collaborations.
