What constraints or limitations with internal capacity is the organizarion experiencing related to its Pre-Development Project?
We needed to find legal counsel for our negotiated sale but the UIC law clinic helped us and then we hired Pathlight Law for legal and governance paperwork for the Project.

Our biggest challenge is the requirement to have full buildout costs since we are purchasing from government entities. The lots are appraised at $25K and we have the money to purchase the lots but not the full $17M for the project in its entirety.
